Information
Please read the following before placing an order with our Dispatcher

DELIVERY HOURS
Monday through Friday 7:00 AM until 4:30 PM - January 1st
through April 30th
Monday through Friday 6:30 AM until 5:00 PM - May 1st through
December 31st
Saturday 7:00 AM until 1:00 PM - approximately May 1st through
October 31st
[depending upon weather conditions and customer demand]
With adequate notice special delivery times on large pours
may be arranged to accommodate customers' schedules. We arrive
within 20 minutes of the time we committed to and will keep
you supplied in concrete. We do not make promises that we
cannot keep.
PLACING AN ORDER
To ensure that the correct mix is on site at the correct time,
we ask that you provide the following information at the time
you call to place an order:
- date and desired time of delivery
- customer billing name
- project name or number, if applicable
- purchase order number, if applicable
- delivery address, including lot number or building number,
street name, town and helpful landmarks
- spacing desired between loads
- quantity needed
- usage: footing, wall, slab, sidewalk, etc.
- name and phone number of person placing order; and
- mix and slump desired [if ordering a special mix design,
give mix name/number].
ADVANCE NOTICE
In order to keep the cost of concrete as low as possible, we
must minimize our expenses by calling to work only those drivers
that we know are needed. Therefore, we ask that if you will
need concrete before noon the following day that you call us
by 3:00 PM. If you cannot call the afternoon before you need
a delivery, we still welcome your business and will fit it in
where possible.
ADD-ON ORDERS
In order to provide committed on-time deliveries, we must know
the maximum quantity of concrete that all contractors will require
that day. We understand that miscalculations will occur and
we expect that sometimes you will have to place add-on orders.
Any additional quantity over one additional load will be taken
as a new order and fit in where possible. Please let us know
if you are forming additional concrete so we can plan for it.
WILL CALLS
"Will calls" are welcome, but we only save trucks for firm orders.
We will accept "will call" orders for delivery after 9:30 a.m.
"Will call" orders must be confirmed two hours before delivery
unless another agreement has been made with the dispatcher.
Trucks for non-confirmed "will calls" will be release for other
business if not confirmed on time.
UNLOADING TIME CHARGES
There will be a charge for unloading time in excess of five
(5) minutes per cubic yard.
CANCELLATION OF ORDERS
Cancellation of orders must be made at least 90 minutes in advance
of delivery time or your account will be charged for the order.
